Jen, 47, was seen wearing a loose brown sweatshirt, black leggings and just socks as she left the house for a brief outing in Utah.

The controversial star later added a New York Yankees hat and sunglasses as she grabbed some take out food.

The reality TV star, who normally sports designer and luxe looks from head to toe, appeared to ditch the fancy costume for a casual look amid her cheating scandal.

Jen is facing 30 years behind bars after allegedly scamming elderly clients into paying her thousands of dollars over the past decade.

The TV personality’s cousin, Danny Filipe, came to his defense on Sunday by setting up a GoFundMe account in his honor.

Danny told The Sun he feels he needs to let fans know about the situation and show how important it is to help his cousin maintain her freedom.

“That’s what we do as a family, stay together. Her plea wasn’t guilty. She’s innocent. Enough said,” he explained.

The fundraising page had a goal of $ 2.5 million, but was only able to raise $ 255 and became inactive less than 24 hours later.

A spokesperson for GoFundMe told The Sun: “I can confirm that the fundraiser violates our terms of service.

“The fundraiser has been removed from the platform and all donors have been reimbursed.”

Danny’s description on the page read, “We are asking 10,000 caring souls to donate $ 250.

“Jen risks decades of imprisonment apart from her family if she is unable to mount a competent and well-thought-out defense.

“Jen needs $ 2.5 million because: 1) there are over a million documents in this case that must be immediately reviewed and analyzed by Jen’s lawyers before her case goes to trial in October 2021 ;

“2) the Southern District of New York is the costliest jurisdiction in the country to defend a lawsuit and hire a competent lawyer;

“3) Jen must have the economic means to fight the government lawyers, who have an open checkbook and can spend millions of dollars to prosecute this case; and

“4) By defending this case and going to trial, Jen’s family has spent and will continue to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, which includes hiring investigators to interview potential witnesses, the hiring experts in various fields (economists, accountants, jury consultants, forensic computer scientists and data analysts, etc.) and paying for hundreds of hours of legal research, exhibits and witness bindings, etc. “

The RHOSLC star’s cousin also claimed that “in seven weeks Jen and her family spent over $ 138,000 on legal fees.”

Fans quickly took to social media to criticize the fundraiser, suggesting that the Bravo star sell all of her designer bags and clothes to pay the fees.

Jen was arrested in March while traveling to Colorado to film the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

An insider said: “The cameras were rolling but it was so chaotic I don’t know exactly what was captured,” although they assured the producers “definitely had footage” of the arrest.

Police also arrested Jen’s assistant, Stuart Smith, as the two were allegedly involved in a massive telemarketing conspiracy committing wire-fraud and money laundering fraud.
